We want to become a household name in the construction sector by offering significant value to our clients, whilst remaining a socially responsible business that contributes to the greater good of the South African people. We strive to contribute significantly to the economies of South Africa and the greater continent of Africa.

Our
Mission

Our mission is to deliver projects within the allocated time and budget. Lubocon is committed to carrying out work without compromising on quality, health, safety or the environment. We want to increase our competitiveness through proper planning and efficient operations whilst transferring skills to develop SMMEs to a level where they can manage their own projects. Our growth, success and internationally recognised brand should be seen as a living testimony to all the emerging contractors in the industry.

Our
Philosophy

Our philosophy is to create an organisation with potential for growth and sustainability, a culture of accountability amongst all our people and a continuous focus on profitability. With all these considered, we strongly believe that our people are of utmost importance and we will take an aggressive stance in training and development across all departments. Client satisfaction is a non-negotiable focus and our resulting success should add value not only to ourselves but also to: local communities, local businesses, youth, women and disabled persons.
